SwiftScore ("SwiftScore", "we", "us") is a live sports scores service operated by Eastcore Media. This website provides real-time scores, fixtures, lineups, statistics and league tables for football, basketball and tennis. You can reach us at contact@eastcoremedia.com.

The website is a free, information-only service. We don't require you to create an account to view scores. We may add, change or remove features, sports, competitions or data at any time, and we may suspend or discontinue the service in whole or in part without notice.

Scores, fixtures, statistics and other sports data are aggregated from third-party data providers and are provided "as is". While we work to keep the data timely and accurate, we cannot guarantee it is complete, error-free or up to date at any given moment. Live data in particular may be delayed, corrected or revised.

Do not rely on SwiftScore for betting, financial or other decisions where accuracy or timing is critical. Always confirm official results with the relevant competition or governing body.

• Scrape, harvest, crawl or systematically extract data from the site, or use it to build or train a competing product or dataset;
• Overload, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or its underlying systems;
• Circumvent, disable or interfere with security or rate-limiting features;
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms or applicable law.

The SwiftScore name, logo, site design, layout and original content are owned by Eastcore Media and protected by intellectual-property laws. Team names, club badges, competition logos and player data are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only. SwiftScore is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any league, club or governing body unless expressly stated.

The service is supported by advertising. Ads may be served in reserved slots across the site. We are not responsible for the products, services or content of third-party advertisers, and displaying an ad does not imply our endorsement of it. The site may link to third-party websites or resources. We don't control and aren't responsible for their content, policies or availability. Following an external link is at your own risk.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eastcore Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes may be highlighted on the site. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
